Performance Training Program
St. John’s offers courses in nutrition fundamentals, sports performance nutrition, and multiple weight training classes throughout the academic year—open to any student with an interest in health and fitness. In addition, each athletic team benefits from year-round, sport-specific training from our dedicated performance coaches.
Our full-time performance coaching staff delivers professional-level training tailored to the needs of each athlete. Using innovative, evidence-based strength and conditioning programs, they customize routines by sport to help every student-athlete take their performance to the next level.
Student-athlete health is a top priority. Our training program emphasizes injury prevention, recovery strategies, and optimal nutrition practices to support long-term athletic development and overall well-being.
